BLUE TUNA DAYS - January

We started with the grinding of a tuna weighing more than 300kg supplied by the Balfegó company, caught and fed exclusively with fish in order to achieve the optimum level of fat.

DAYS OF COD SKREI - February / March

"The most epicurean cod". As a result of a long and hard journey through icy and dangerous waters, the Skrei develops very powerful muscles, which result in a meat with a firmer and juicier texture than that of other cod.
