Starters

1. Goat Cheese and Pineapple Salad (mixed lettuce, goat cheese, fresh watercress, pineapple, pineapple dressing, cilantro and quinoa)

2. Mac and Cheese Trufado: Rigatoni in a Parmesan cheese cream sauce, Swiss cheese, Serrano ham and truffle oil

Main Dishes:

1. Ragú LaZotea: Beef stew with rigatoni, red wine demi-glace, braised mushrooms and fresh parsley

2. Rack of lamb cooked in a Josper oven

3. Fetuccini with seafood and Trufa

4. Salmon with mashed potatoes, roasted fennel, arugula, pickled carrots, and watercress sauce

 

Vegetarian Dishes:

1. Stracciatella de Burrata with tomato emulsion, roasted cherries tomatoes, couscous corn and basil, served with brioche bread

2. Fritters stuffed with fresh truffled tuna loin, smoked eggplant tartar, avocado emulsion and chipotle sauce (with vegetarian option)
